Odiseea a inceput de vineri seara cand impreuna cu Catalin am plecat din Consanta catre grindul Chituc, o fasie de nisip intre complexul lagunar Razelm-Sinoe si Marea Neagra. Prima seara a fost dedicata placerilor gustative; coasta de porc la frigare, Pinot Noir de Murfatlar, tuica de caise de 3 ani la butoi de salcam (Subsonique cunoaste materialul) si o salnina fiarta cu boia si ceapa rosie langa tuica. La sfarsit ceai Greenfield Rooibos Honey cat incape.
A doua zi ne-am trezit la ora 5:30 pt a vedea rasaritul.
